摘要
人力资源管理,通俗地说就是将"人力"作为一种特殊资源进行管理。对于一个企业来说"人"作为一种资源,是企业的核心资源,人力资源具有主观能动性和创造性。本文从企业管理的角度阐述了以人为本的理念在现代人力资源管理模式中的重要性,以求全面认识以人为本的人力资源管理真谛,提升企业管理的整体水平。
Human Resource Management is to take the "human" as a special resource and conduct management.For an enterprise,"personnel",as a resource,is the company's core resources.Human resource is initiative and creativity.This article expounds the importance of people-oriented management concept in modern human resources management from the perspective of business management,in order to fully understand the true meaning of people-oriented human resource management and improve the overall level of corporate management.
