摘要
传统的设备改造过多地依靠经验,对某一部分的改动还可能会引起设备的其他问题,从而引起改造时间过长、花费过高、进程反复的问题。利用反求设计思想,结合虚拟样机技术,提出一种新的设备改造方法。以铜带卸料小车的改造为例,介绍了快速建立此设备三维模型的技巧、合理处理约束以获得准确结果的方法和选择系统最优驱动力的策略。并验证了该模型的合理性。
Too much experience is relied on by traditional method to refine equipment, and other problems may be also caused by changes in one part of the equipment. The process of equipment modification is time-consuming and expensive, and sometimes it needs several repeat to reach the goal. By using the idea of reverse design, combined with virtual prototyping technology, a new method which could accomplish the equipment modification was put forward. By an example of modification to coil car of copper strip, the tech- nique to build a CAD model of this equipment quickly, method to deal with constrains of a model to achieve a more precise result and strategy to choose the best optimal value were introduced. Rationality of this model is verified.
