介绍了可编程序控制器ＰＬＣ发展的新动向———采用ＩＥＣ１１３１ － ３ 编程标准和开放式结构，以ＰＣ取代ＰＬＣ，开发了新型ＰＬＣ产品———软ＰＬＣ．
A new trend of PLC development which adopts IEC1131-3 Programmable standard and open architecture is introduced.With use of PC instead of a PLC,new products of PLC are developed.
