摘要 针对虚拟仪器技术具有性能高,易于实现硬件和软件集成等特点,将虚拟仪器技术和LabvIEW应用于测试领域。以计算机和NI 9201数据采集卡为硬件,以LabVIEW8.6软件作为开发平台,构建了数据采集与信号处理的虚拟测试系统。系统由信号源和信号处理模块组成,其中信号源部分包括数据采集卡采集的模拟信号模块、虚拟信号发生器仿真信号模块;信号处理部分包括对信号源的时域测量、波形显示、滤波、频谱分析等,完成了对实际模拟信号和仿真信号的采集、信号分析与处理。 The virtual instrument technology has characteristics of high performance, hardware implementation and soft- ware integration. In order to apply virtual instrument technology and LabvIEW in the testing field,the virtual testing system with the data acquisition and signal processing is constructed based on NI 9201 data acquisition card and LabVIEW8.6 soft- ware. This system consists of analog signal generator and signal processing module. The signal source includes the analog sig- nal of the date acquisition card, DAQ Assistant about DAQmx and the virtual signal generator. The signal processing system includes time-domain measurement, waveform display, filtering and spectrum analysis of the analog signals. This measure- ment system has been completed the analog signal acquisition, analysis and processing.
