摘要
将全球价值链理论引入到建筑业,初步辨析了建筑业全球价值链的分布层次,明确了各个层次的能力层级,观察了全球价值链的转移趋势,据此绘制出建筑业价值链升级路径。研究发现:国际建筑业全球价值链已初步形成,欧美等发达国家承包商牢牢占据价值链的高端,中国等广大发展中国家只能从事劳务分包、施工等价值链低端业务;国际建筑业全球价值链呈金字塔形状,项目管理公司位于价值链的最顶层,设计—咨询公司、设计—建造公司位居其中,施工为主的公司处于价值链的最底层;处于不同价值链层次的公司的业务范围不同,拥有不同的资源组合模式,且处于不同的能力层次;处于价值链低端的施工工程公司不断向设计、咨询、项目管理等价值链高端转移,其跃迁路径为以施工为主的公司至设计—建造公司或设计—咨询公司,最终升级为项目管理公司。
The paper introduces the global value chain theory to the building industry and makes a preliminary analysis of the distribution level of the global value chain in the international building industry. Based on the ability level of different levels in the global value chain, the change trend of the global value chain is observed, which led to the upgrading path in the global value chain of the build- ing industry. It is found as follows: the global value chain has been founded with the western contrac- tors in the top level and contractors from developing countries including China in the low level; the global value chain is just like a pyramid with the PM company in the top level followed by design-con- sultant and design-construction companies and with the construction companies in the lowest level; the companies in different levels normally have different business as the resources and abilities are of great differences; the construction companies which are in the lowest level gradually upgrade to the design consultant and PM and the upgrading path is from the construction companies to the design-construction companies or the design-consultant companies, and eventually to the PM companies.
