摘要
在数控实训中采用模拟仿真与真实操作相结合的方式，既可以降低教学成本又可提高教学效果。而在模拟仿真的过程中仿真软件和CAD／CAM软件都可以实现对加工过程中的刀具轨迹进行实时仿真。但其各自的训练重点不同，本文以实际零件为例来介绍数控仿真软件与CAD／CAM软件在教学中的结合应用。
Simulation and real operation methods used in the teaching of numerical control practicing can reduce the cost as well as improve the teaching effect. The real-time simulation for tooling path can be made by using both simulation software and CAD/CAM software which have different training emphasis. The paper took an application example to introduce the using of simulation and real operation methods in the teaching of numerical control practi- cing.
