后外侧小切口微创髋关节置换术后早期脱位的原因及防治措施

摘要 目的探讨髋关节置换术后早期脱位发生的原因,并探讨预防措施。方法统计228例患者髋关节置换术后发生脱位的6例患者进行分析。结果脱位发生在术后1~28d,由假体位置不当、髋部肌肉松弛和康复锻炼不当造成。结论正确安放假体,适当修复软组织,术后指导患者进行功能锻炼,能有效防止早期脱位的发生。 Objective To study the causes and preventions of early dislocation in primary hip arthroplasty with minimally invasive posterior-later approach.Methods Analysis six cases of early postoperative dislocation in228hip arthroplastys.Results Dislocation occurred1~28days after operation and was caused by unsuitable position of acetabular components,by laxity of musculature around the hip and by mailpractice in rehabilitation.Conclusion Dislocation after hip arthroplasty can be effectively prevented by selection of correct positioning of the prosthesis,proper repairing of the associated soft tissues,and instuction of rehabilitation.
