摘要
研究泰山四叶参对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌的作用及其可能的作用机理.用乌拉坦诱导小鼠建立肺癌模型,随机分组在不同时间饲喂泰山四叶参粗多糖,观察小鼠生存状况,记录其体重变化、内脏(胸腺、脾、肝脏、肺、心脏)指数和存活时间,检测巨噬细胞吞噬功能和血清、肝脏、肺中SOD活性.结果发现泰山四叶参能改善乌拉坦所致肺癌小鼠的生存质量,提高了小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数,增强肝脏中SOD活性,显著延长了其存活时间.因此,泰山四叶参对乌拉坦诱导的小鼠肺癌有一定的预防和抑制作用,主要机制可能与其免疫调节、抗氧化作用有关.
Objective: To study the effect of Radix Codonopsis Lanceolata from Mount Taishan on urethan -induced lung cancer in mice and its possible mechanism. Methods: Mice were randomly divided into six groups when the mice were carcinogenic with urethan. We observed the growth of mice, took the record of its body weight, viscera index of thymus, spleen, liver, lung, heart, and detected its phagocytic function of mac- rophage and SOD activity in serum, plasma, liver and lung. Results: Radix Codonopsis Laneeolata from Mount Taishan can improve the quality of life of the mice with urethan - induced lung cancer and prolong its survival time significantly. It can also improve the thymus index and spleen index and increase the SOD activity in liver. Conclusion: Radix Codonopsis Lanceolata from Mount Taishan can prevent and inhibit the urethan - induced lung cancer in mice. The primary mechanism may be related to its activity of immune regulation and anti - oxidation.
