摘要
为提高型钢尤其是复杂断面型钢连轧时机架间张力的控制精度,研究了一种智能化微张力控制系统。通过对预张力变化值的直接数据采集,该系统在计算机控制下调整主电机转速,以保持秒流量相等,实现轧制过程中轧件尺寸稳定。该系统还可以根据数学模型及轧件尺寸自行确定控制张力的大小。
A kind of intelligence micro-tension control system has been studied to especially improve the control precision of tension between stands for complicated section continuous rolling. It can ensure the piece dimension stability. At the same time, it can automatically determined the tension according to the mathematical model and the piece dimension.
