摘要
介绍了熔化极气体保护焊溶滴过渡的多种方式及其控制的方法,指出在射流过渡临界电流以下,无论是规范较小的常用的CO2 短路过渡焊,还是规范较大的脉冲MIG焊一脉一滴过渡均出现了精确控制的趋势,使熔滴过渡过程更加均匀稳定,改善了焊缝成形,提高了焊接质量。
This article introduces the multiple mode and its control method of melting drop process for melting pole gas shield arc welding and points out no matter small scale common CO2 short circuit welding or large scale pulse MIG welding one pulse one dropping transition all appear the trends of control accuracy to make melting drop process more uniformly and stablely, improve the forming of weld and increase the quality of weld below critical current shooting transition.
