摘要
通过对灰铸铁金属型离心铸铁管生产过程的热疲劳模拟试验,探索了不同基体组织灰铸铁的热疲劳性能,并从多方面分析了铁素体灰铸铁的热疲劳性能好于珠光体灰铸铁的原因。
Through the thermal fatigue experiment,which is to simulate the productive processes of centrifugal cast iron with grey cast iron permanent mold,this paper explores different thermal fatigue due to various base structures.Moreover,it also extensively analysizes the reasons that ferrite grey cast iron has better thermal fatigue performance than that of pearlite grey cast iron.
