选择性胆管外引流在胆管癌根治性切除术前的临床应用

摘要 目的探讨选择性胆管引流在施行胆管癌根治性切除术前的临床应用及其效果。方法回顾性分析37例资料完整患者的临床资料,对比选择性胆管外引流与未做引流患者的肝功能情况以及行胆管癌根治术后的肝功能恢复情况。结果与未行术前引流的患者比较,施行选择性胆管外引流能明显改善患者肝功能,减少根治术后的并发症,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论选择性胆管外引流能明显降低患者在胆管癌根治术前总胆红素等生化指标,明显改善肝功能,有利于胆管癌术后肝功能的恢复。
