青少年网球运动员核心力量训练的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 运用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法等科研方法对青少年网球运动员核心力量训练进行了探究。研究发现,网球运动的技术特点,其核心训练应主要集中于腰腹的力量耐力、腰腹部肌肉的神经肌肉控制能力以及肩关节的稳定性和爆发力;加强核心力量训练对网球运动中的力量传导、身体姿势、运动技能和技术动作起着稳定和支持作用。同时进一步研究认为,网球核心力量训练的负荷一般以克服自身体重和轻负重为主。 Through literature review, experiments and mathematical statistics, a research on the core strength training of young tennis player found that tennis technical characteristics, the core training, should focus on the Waist and abdomen strength endurance, waist and abdomen muscle neuromuscular control ability, as well as the stability and explosive of shoulder. The core strength training for tennis movement in power transmission, body posture, sports skills and technical movement play a stable and supportive role. It is suggested that the load of players in the core strength training be reduced.
