摘要
近年来,在社区建设的助推作用下,社区工作职业化与专业化水平虽然得到了提升,但是由于观念、体制等方面的原因,社区工作职业化和专业化发展还面临诸多困境。为此,应从既有国情和社区工作实践出发,通过建构职业资格认证制度和岗位评聘制度、加大从业人员专业培训力度、完善社会工作专业机构等措施,不断推进社区工作职业化和专业化进程。
In recent years,professionalization and specialization of community work have been promoted with community construction but still face many dilemmas because concepts,system,etc.Therefore,professionalization and specialization of community work should be greatly boosted based on the national conditions and the practical work and by means of constructing professional qualification authentication system and post assessment system,strengthening professional training of employees and perfecting professional institutes for community work.
