摘要
故障诊断需要考虑许多因素,需要设备过去的运行数据和故障诊断记录及经验.本文提出了基于范例推理的故障诊断方法,介绍了这种诊断方法的机理.在这种诊断方法的基础上设计了饱和汽轮机转子故障的诊断系统CBRRFDS.CBRRFDS中范例是面向汽轮机运行工况测量数据的,并结合了基于规则推理方法实现基于范例推理的诊断过程和范例的处理过程.
There are many kinds of influence factors need to be considered in fault diagnosis of mechanical equipment.For example,the previous running data about the equipment,records of fault diagnosis and diagnosis experience need to be known.The fault diagnosis method of case_based reasoning(CBR) is presented in this paper.Meanwhile,the authors introduce the mechanism of the method on the basis of the fault diagnosis.The diagnosis system of saturation turbine rotor faults (CBRRFDS) has been developed.The case in CBRRFDS is oriented to measuring data on turbine operation.The authors discuss the CBR combined with rule_based reasoning to realize the diagnosis process on case_based reasoning and the handling process of the case.
