摘要
目的研究中药配方颗粒剂的应用价值,为临床应用和开发提供依据。方法针对配方颗粒剂与传统饮片的不同点,对30味常见中药饮片从化学成分、药理作用、临床疗效、零售价格、患者接受程度等方面进行比较。随机抽查门诊患者500例做调查、统计、分析其对配方颗粒剂的接受程度,统计1个月中医门诊使用配方颗粒剂与传统饮片的比率,并综合分析其在临床使用的优势。结果中药配方颗粒剂在化学成分和药理作用方面与传统饮片完全相同,但临床疗效无明显差异,且具有一些传统饮片所没有的特点和优势。结论中药配方颗粒剂具有在临床上继续存在和使用的价值。
Objective To researches the pellet formula of traditional Chinese medicine application value provide a basis for clinical applications.Methods To aim the different points on the granules of formula and the pieces of traditional Chinese medicine,the author compared the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,clinical efficacy,the retail price comparison and other aspects,and the prices of the 30 kinds of common medicinal slices of TCM（traditional Chinese medicine） with the Pellet formula.500 outpatients were investigate and analyzed its formulation of the acceptance of granules.Results Pellet formula of traditional Chinese medicine is not complete constant in the chemical composition and pharmacological effects with the pieces of traditional Chinese medicine.However,the clinical efficacy does not have obvious differenced.The pellet formula of traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics and dominance which the pieces of traditional Chinese medicine don＇t have.Besides,the majority of patients are willing to accept,and a growing number of doctors promote the use after recommended in clinical practice.Conclusion The pellet formula of traditional Chinese medicine has the value of continue to exist and use.
