摘要
目的:探讨电子喉镜在鼻咽、喉部疾病诊治中的临床应用价值。方法:采用OLYMPUSENF-VT电子喉镜及配套电视显像系统电子喉镜对2 302例患者进行诊断治疗。结果:对2 302例有鼻咽、喉部症状的患者实施电子喉镜检查,上述患者均顺利接受了检查,并得到诊断,其中对21例怀疑喉部恶性肿瘤患者在电子喉镜下取活检;28例鼻咽肿物在电子喉镜下取活检;62例声带小结、小声带息肉患者在电子喉镜下行摘除手术,68例咽喉部异物患者在电子喉镜下取出异物。结论:电子喉镜检查具有简便安全、视野清晰及不易漏诊等优点,是耳鼻咽喉疾病早期诊断和术后随诊的重要手段,电子喉镜在鼻咽喉疾病诊断和治疗中具有广泛用途。
Objective：To deal with value of clinical application of video laryngoscope in diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal diseases.Methods：A total of 2 302 cases of laryngeal and nasopharynx diseases,3~82 years of age（mean 46 years） men and women,were examined and treated with biopsy,taking foreign body and resection using OLYMPUS ENF-VT video laryngoscope.Results：Of 2 302 cases,we found feeling disorder for 1 175 cases（53.56%）,vocal cord polyps for 141 cases（6.43%,40 resection）,chronic laryngitis for 246 cases（11.21%）,acute laryngitis for 102 cases（4.65%）,chronic laryngitis for 246 cases（11.21%）,vocal nodules 113 cases（5.15%）,22 resection,vocal cord palsy for 143 cases（6.52%）,acute laryngitis for 102 cases（4.65%）,laryngeal cancer（biopsy） for 21 cases（0.96%）,throat papilloma 12 cases with biopsy（0.55%）,and 171 cases of others.Conclusions：Video laryngoscope contributes to easy and safety operation with clear vision and low rate of missed diagnosis,and it becomes the important for early diagnose and follow up participants in patients with laryngeal and nasopharynx disease.
