摘要
建立了用金作保护剂,铅试金一步富集汽车尾气净化催化剂中铂钯铑的方法。研究了金保护剂的条件,对比了不同方法的富集效果。结果表明:加入20~40 mg金作保护剂,试金配料硅酸度为1.0,进炉温度900℃1,130℃恒温10 min,熔炼时间50~60 min,灰吹温度910℃,可完全富集500μg铂钯铑。方法富集效果好,操作简便,适用于汽车尾气净化催化剂、熔炼渣以及日常样品中0.x~xxxx g/t铂钯铑的分析。
A method of lead-assaying one-step enrichment of platinum,palladium and rhodium for automobile exhaust-purifying catalysts using gold protective reagent was established.The conditions for gold protective reagent were dominantly researched.The proposed method was compared with others at enrichment effect.Results indicated that when gold protective reagent 20~40 mg,assaying material silicate degree 1.0,enter-stove temperature 900℃,1130℃ constant temperature 10 min,melting 50~60 min and puffing temperature 910℃,500 μg of platinum,palladium and rhodium is enriched.The proposed method has good enrichment effect,convenient operation and was applied to determination of 0.x^xxxx g/t platinum,palladium and rhodium in automobile exhaust-purifying catalysts,slags and ordinary samples.
