摘要
目的探讨抗生素结合外敷冰硝散治疗丹毒的效果及护理。方法将120例下肢丹毒患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组单用青霉素,治疗组则在对照组的基础上用冰硝散外敷,并对两组疗效进行统计学分析,配合相关护理。结果疗效评价分为治愈、显效、有效和无效。治疗组与对照组在相同治疗时间内(治疗后5天和10天),治疗组的治愈率明显高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论抗生素结合冰硝散外敷及相应的护理,疗程明显缩短,且无毒副作用。
Objective To study the nursing and the effect of antibiotics in combination with bingxiao power for people who have erysipelas.Method 120 patients who were hospitalized for erysipelas,were randomly divided into control group and therapy group.Patients in control group were treated with penicillin.In therapy group,bingxiao power was externally applied on patients,besides treatment with penicillin.According to the effect of therapy and nursing,therapy group were classified into four types,including cured,significantly valid,valid and invalid.The results between two groups was considered as statistically and significantly different,respectively at 5 day and 10 day after treatment（P0.01）.Conclusion When bingxiao power was applied externally in combination with the use of antibiotics to treat erysipelas,course of treatment was shortened without toxic side effects.
