摘要
采用有限元分析法对汽车鼓式制动器制动鼓进行了热-结构耦合分析,建立了制动鼓的有限元模型并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对模型分别进行稳态热分析和结构静力学分析。通过热分析得出在单一温度下制动鼓的温度分布情况,通过结构分析得出制动鼓应力应变的分布规律。在热分析的基础上,对制动鼓进行热-结构耦合分析,并将其与结构分析结果进行比较。这些研究将为制动器的设计与制造提供一定的理论依据。
Finite element analysis method is used to make a thermal-structure coupling analysis of the brake drum of automobile drum type brakes and a finite element model of the brake drum is established,with steady state thermal analysis and structure static analysis made respectively using finite element analysis software ANSYS.The thermal analysis shows the temperature distribution status of the brake drum at a single temperature and the structure analysis indicates the distribution law of the stress and strain of the brake drum.Based on the thermal analysis,the thermal-structure coupling analysis of the brake drum is made,with the result compared with that of the structure analysis,which will provide a certain theoretical basis for the design and manufacturing of brakes.
