摘要
分析了操作普通车床时容易引起机械伤害事故的安全隐患。针对操作人员未把卡盘扳手从卡盘上取下即启动车床以及车床刀架纵向进给超过极限位置时容易引发事故的问题,设计了两种安全保护装置,从根本上避免了人身与设备安全事故的发生。
The hidden danger causing mechanical injury during the operation of a common lathe is analyzed.In view of the common problems caused by operators＇ starting up a lathe before removing a chuck wrench from the chuck or lathe tool holders going beyond the limit position in the longitudinal feed operation,two kinds of safety devices are designed,therefore fundamentally preventing the occurrence of human and equipment safety-related accidents.
