摘要
通过粳型水稻"超2-10"成熟胚离体培养获得巨胚突变体,经过3年种植观察,巨胚性状能够稳定遗传,被暂定名为"上师大5号",现已通过上海市水稻新品种审定.比较"超2-10"和"上师大5号"稻谷品质指标显示,由正常胚突变为巨胚后,主要影响稻谷加工品质.比较"超2-10"和"上师大5号"9种农艺性状和5种与产量相关性状,除了稻谷千粒重两者差异达到极显著外,其他性状都无显著差异,由此更证实了在"超2-10"水稻成熟胚离体培养环节发生巨胚性状突变而形成了"上师大5号"巨胚水稻.与目前已有的其他巨胚水稻报道比较,"上师大5号"水稻在不同地区试种中都能够表现出较高的产量水平.
A new giant-embryo mutant was induced thought in vitro culture of mature embryos of ″chao 2-10″,a Japonica Rice,and could be inherited to next generation stably after three years of planting and observation.This giant-embryo mutant have been named ″shangshida 5″ checked and accepted by Shanghai government agency.Comparing the brown rice quality of ″shangshida 5″ and ″chao 2-10″,we found that the giant-embryo mainly affected processing quality of rice.Compared in nine agronomic traits and five yield related traits,there were no significant difference between ″shangshida 5″ and ″chao 2-10″,except for 1000-seeds weight.It futher confirmed that ″shangshida 5″ was the mutant of ″chao 2-10″.Compared with other giant-embryo rice,″shangshida 5″ yield was the highest.
