摘要
商业模式是企业运用内外部要素、资源和能力创造价值和获取利润的模式与方法。商业企业之间的竞争在很大程度上是商业模式的竞争。发达国家钢铁流通企业的欧美模式和日本模式各有特色与优势,对中国具有一定的借鉴意义。但商业模式的成功是诸多要素共同作用的结果,因而创新和重构中国钢铁流通企业的商业模式应当基于我国的现实国情。
Business mode is the logic of and the approach to using the element, resource and capability in and outside the firm. The competition among different business enterprises is the competition of different business modes to a large extent. The business modes of steel product circulation enterprises in Europe, America and Japan have their specialties and advantages, which provides references meaningful to Chinese companies. However, the success of a business mode results from various components. Therefore, the innovation and restructuring of the business mode of Chinese steel product circulation enterprises should be based on our realistic national conditions.
