摘要
为了探讨火炭母(Polygonum chinense L.)有效成分的抗氧化作用,采用超声波辅助手段对火炭母中的有效成分进行了提取,并用H2O2/Fe2+体系法和邻苯三酚体系法对其抗氧化活性进行了研究。结果表明,当采用甲醇与水体积比为1∶1混合液为提取溶剂时,火炭母提取液具有较高的抗氧化活性,40 g原材料的提取液对羟自由基的清除效果与6.29 g维生素C的作用相当,而对超氧阴离子的清除效果与9.82 g维生素C的作用相当。
In order to study the antioxidant activity,the effective components in Polygonum chinense L.were extracted by ultrasonic auxiliary method,and the antioxidant activity was detecminated by H2O2/Fe2+ system and adjacent pyrogallol system.The results showed that the extracted liquid had higher antioxidant activity when the volume ratio of methanol and water was 1∶1.The effect of 40g raw materials was almost equal to 6.29 g vitamine C for the removal of hydroxyl radicals,and equal to 9.82 g vitamin C for the removal of superoxide anion.
