摘要
对中国红锥主要分布区17个种源的叶片形态性状进行测定,分析了不同产地红锥叶片的遗传变异,结果表明,种源间15个叶片性状的变异系数为0.64%~26.09%,且在种源内或种源间差异均达到显著水平,表明不同种源间和种源内叶片性状的遗传变异较丰富;种源间表型分化系数的变幅为8.96%~37.65%,均值为22.97%,小于种源内变异(77.03%);叶片长、叶片宽、宽基距、脉左宽及叶面积等性状与经度和年均温呈极显著负相关,与海拔呈极显著正相关。研究结果为红锥良种分类、选育和快速繁殖育苗技术提供了科学依据。
Leaf traits of 17 provenance resources in the major distribution region of the whole country were determined,and the genetic variation of Castanopsis hystix leaves from different producing areas was analyzed.The results showed that variance coefficient of 15 leaf traits ranged from 0.64%~26.09%,and significant difference of leaf traits existed among provenances of C.hystix,which indicated that variation of leaf traits in C.hystix provenances were abundant.The range of phenotypic differentiation coefficients among provenances were from 8.96% to 37.65% and the average value was 22.97%,which were lower than those within the provenances(77.03%).The correlation analysis of each leaf character in C.hystix Provenances suggested that leaf length,leaf width,left leaf width and leaf erea showed extremely significant positive correlation with altitude,while those showed extremely significant negative correlation with longitude and average annual temperature.The study had provided a certain basis for the classification,breeding and rapid propagation of nursery of C.hystix.;
