禽类防御素研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 防御素(defensin)是近年来在植物、被囊动物、昆虫、鱼、两栖动物、哺乳动物和鸟类中发现了的一类具有抗菌作用的多肽,又称为抗菌肽(antimicrobial pepfides,AMPS)。防御素具有对广谱抗微生物活性,对细菌、真菌、螺旋体、病毒等均有抗性,且病源微生物不易产生耐药性,是宿主抵抗外来致病性微生物侵袭的重要防线,同时由于其在动物体的多种不同组织器官中持续性表达,也被看作是所有物种先天性免疫系统的一部分,具有重要的生理学功能。
