摘要
学习倦怠严重制约着研究生教育的质量。通过对南京大学和苏州大学的360名硕士研究生的问卷调查发现硕士研究生确实存着普遍的学习倦怠现象,且学习倦怠在学校和性别上存在着显著性差异,而在生源地,应往届、婚恋状况,是否跨专业、年龄、是否工作过等方面不存在显著性差异。通过进一步分析发现硕士研究生的学习倦怠情况已较严重了,学校、性别、生源地、应往届、婚恋状况与工作经历、是否跨专业、专业等因素,均在不同程度上影响着硕士研究生的学习倦怠情况。
Learning burnout severely exerts negative influence on the quality of graduate education. A ques- tionnaire survey among 318 graduates from Nanjing University and Soochow University shows that there exist significant gender variations in graduates' learning burnout but no significant differences concerning the source of students, time of tertiary graduation, marital state, age, previous specialty, work experience, etc. A fur- ther analysis of the survey results reveals that graduates' learning burnout has become a serious problem and that their schools and all the above-mentioned factors influence their learning burnout to a certain degree.
