摘要
目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激对纤维肌痛综合征的影响及机制。方法将64例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组每日通过CCY-1磁刺激仪进行rTMS治疗,观察其疗效。结果经两周治疗后,治疗组治疗前后VAS评分有明显降低(2.2±1.7),对照组无显著变化(0.6±1.1),组间差异有显著性意义。治疗组压痛阈明显增加(2.47±1.03)kg,对照组无显著变化(0.42±1.21)kg,组间差异有显著性意义。治疗组血清β-内啡肽平均水平比治疗前增加(24.3±37.6)pg/ml;对照组平均增加(0.37±6.4)pg/ml(P=0.032)。结论 rTMS可以缓解FMS患者的疼痛症状,可能通过增加血清β-内啡肽水平缓解FMS患者的疼痛症状。
Objective To explore the effect and the mechanism of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) on fibromyalgia syndrome.Methods 64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with each group of 32 cases.The treatment group were given rTMS treatment daily by CCY-1 magnetic stimulator to observe the curative effect.Results After treatment of two weeks,VAS scores decreased significantly in the treatment group(2.2 ± 1.7) than before,but there no significant change took in the control group(0.6 ± 1.1),with significant difference between the two groups.Tenderness threshold of the treatment group significantly increased(2.47 ± 1.03) kg,but no significant change took in the control group(0.42 ± 1.21) kg,with significant difference between the two groups.The average serum β-endorphin levels increased(24.3 ± 37.6) pg/ml more than those before treatment in the treatment group;in the control group,the levels increased with the average(0.37 ± 6.4) pg/ml(P = 0.032).Conclusion Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS) can relieve pain in the patients with fibromyalgia syndrome,which mechanism possibly lies in relief of pain in the patients with fibromyalgia syndrome by increasing serum β-endorphin levels.
