摘要
目的：测定二倍体的不同品系与四倍体板蓝根中多糖的含量，为综合利用板蓝根资源提供科学依据。方法：采用苯酚－浓硫酸反应后分光光度法测定多糖含量。结果和结论：各板蓝根样品中均有一定量多糖，但二倍体的不同品系板蓝根之间差异较大，变化幅度为９．３８％ ～２２．０９％ 。
Objective: To determine polysaccharide contents in different intervarietal of diploidy and tetraploidy Banlangen, and to provide scientific evidences for developing and utilizing resources of Banlangen. Methods: Polysaccharides in Banlangen were determined by UV spectrophotometry at 490 nm, with phenol concentrated sulfuric acid as the color developer. Results and conclusion: The contents of polysaccharide in 13 intervarietal of diploidy Banlangen differed greatly and were in the range of 9.38%~22 09%.
