摘要
为评估经直肠腔内超声(TRUS)诊断前列腺增生(BPH)的价值。方法:TRUS检查303例BPH。结果:TRUS可清楚显示前列腺内部结构。内外腺大小及比例。结论:前列腺增大,尤其内腺增大,出现增生结节,是诊断BPH的重要指征。
To evaluated a value eftransrectalultrasonography (TRUS) in diagnosis of benign prostatic hypertrophy ( BPH) . Methods: 303 patients of BPH were examined. Results TRUS can show internal structure, inner or outer gland and size of the prostatic gland. Conclusion: it is important that the prostatic diameter increased, inner gland enlarged and developed nodules in diagnosis of BPH.
