盐生隐杆藻胞外多糖的理化分析 被引量:6

摘要 对盐生隐杆藻(Aphanothecehalophytica)胞外多糖的酸水解产物进行纸层析、薄层层析、气相层析分析。结果表明该多糖是由鼠李糖、岩藻糖、木糖、甘露糖、葡萄糖和葡糖醛酸组成的酸性杂多糖。红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱表明其糖苷键多数为β型, 少数为α型。高碘酸氧化和Sm ith 降解分析提示其糖苷键主要为1→3 位键合, 少部分为1→6和1→4 位键合。超离心分析测得相对分子质量为280 000。 The composition of exopolysaccharide produced by Aphanothece halophytica was identified by paper, thin layer and gas chromatography.It is a heteropolysaccharide comprised by rhamnose,fucose,xylose,mannose,glucose and glucuronic acid.IR and 1H NMR spectrum indicated that it contained more β glycosidic bond than α glycosidic bond.It showed that(1→3)linkages predominated over(1→4)and(1→6)linkages in EP by Periodate oxidation and Smith degradation.The molecular weight was determined to be 280 000 by ultracentrifugation.
