摘要
用光合细菌喷洒烟草,1个月后土壤中的固氮菌、放线菌、硝酸细菌、硫化细菌、氨化细菌显著增加;而丝状真菌、反硝化细菌大幅度减少;烟草干物质积累增加13.7% .同时还发现。
The number of Azotobacteria, Actinomycetes , nitrifying bacteria, sulphuratting bacteria, ammonifilation bacteria in the soil of planting tobacco increased remarkably after one month by using photosynthetic bacteria to spray tobacco. On the contrary, the number of Filamentous fungi , reverse nitrifying bacteria decreased to a great extent. The result also showed that the dry matter of tobacco increased by 13.7 percent. At the same time, it was also discovered that the photosynthetic bacteria also could induce to increase the activities of resisting viruses of tobacco.
