摘要
通过分析冷却塔出水温度的影响因素,提出了基于冷却水系统最小能耗的冷却塔出水温度控制策略,并针对冷却塔运行台数不同时的冷却水系统功耗进行了对比。提出冷却塔最优运行方式应为多台同时开启,风机统一变频,同时需要加强冷却塔维护,以保证进水流量分布均匀,充分利用冷却塔的换热面积。
Through analYzing the influencing factors of the outlet water temperature of a cooling tower, presents the optimal operation strategy of outlet water temperature based on the minimal energy consumption of the cooling water system. According to the comparison of energy consumption of the cooling water system with different numbers of cooling towers operating, presents the optimal operation method of cooling towers operating simultaneously with fans in uniform variable frequency operation, and puts forward that the maintenance of cooling towers should be strengthened in order to ensure the uniformity of the water flow distribution and utilize the heat transfer area of cooling towers effectively.
