摘要
传统的电除尘控制器仅有火花跟踪、火花能级及峰值跟踪控制,在电场运行过程中无法及时调整控制方式,造成除尘效果不佳且浪费大量电能。阿尔斯通EPICⅢ控制器对电场运行参数和振打调节进行控制,并通过以太网通讯连接到操作站,实现上位监控操作等功能。其除尘效果大大优于传统电除尘器电源供电控制方式,同时具有节省电能消耗、操作简单等优点。
The spark shadow control,spark energy rank control and peak tracking control are just provided with the traditional electric dedust collector and the electric power control machine,which can′t immediately adjust the control mode in the running of the electric field.So the traditional working not only brings the bad effect of dedust but also costs a lot of electric energy.The name EPICⅢ electric dedust collector system which belongs to ALSTOM company,is used to control the parameter of the running electric field and adopt the controller of vibrancy.The running of the electric field and the low-pressure control is connected by the ethernet communication for achieving the function of computer monitor and operation.Its dedusting effect is much better than traditional electric power controller of electronic dedust collector.Contemporary,it has the advantages of saving the electric power and simple operation.
