详细介绍失效模式、影响及其危害性分析(FMECA)的方法,并以上海轨道交通5号线车辆制动系统主要故障为例,对其进行故障分析,同时对维修策略进行优化。
The paper introduces the FMECA(failure mode,effects and criticality analysis) method and its application in the repair of train brake system of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 5.Based on the failure analysis,some strategies in repair of train brake system were optimized.
