摘要
为探讨H2O2及其代谢酶与水稻抗白叶枯病的关系,以水稻品种余水糯和浙辐802的悬浮细胞为材料,研究了稻白叶枯病菌(751和7625菌株)对水稻悬浮细胞中H2O2含量,CAT,POD和SOD活性的影响.结果表明:白叶枯病菌接种水稻品种余水糯悬浮细胞,其H2O2含量增加,而CAT,POD和SOD活性均低于对照.白叶枯病菌侵染对水稻品种浙辐802悬浮细胞中H2O2含量,CAT,POD和SOD活性影响不大.由此可见,H2O2含量,CAT,POD和SOD活性与水稻白叶枯病抗性有密切关系.
The changes in H 2O 2 contents,activities of CAT,POD and SOD were investigated in suspension cells of rice infected by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae (strain 75 1 and 76 25) by using rice Yushuinuo and Zhefu 802 with different resistances to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae as the experimental materials. The results showed that the differences in H 2O 2 contents and its metabolizing enzymes were found in the suspension cells of Yushuinuo and Zhefu 802. H 2O 2 contents in the suspension cells of Yushuinuo with high resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae after inoculation with Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae increased,while,compared with those of the control,activities of CAT,POD and SOD decreasedin thesuspensioncellsof Yushuinuo afterinculationwith Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae. The effects of Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae on H 2O 2 contents,activities of CAT,POD and SODin the suspension cells of Zhefu 802 withsusceptibility to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae was slight.We suggest that the resistance to Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae in rice be correlated with accumulation of H 2O 2 and decrease of activities of CAT,POD and SOD.
