摘要
采用Tafel极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究30℃下苯并咪唑(BIM)对黄铜在3%NaCl溶液中的缓蚀行为.结果表明,BIM质量浓度为0.4 g/L时缓蚀效果可达93.3%.对75℃下BIM在黄铜表面的吸附行为进行研究.结果表明,BIM在黄铜表面的吸附是服从Langmuir吸附等温式的自发过程,属于物理吸附.
The corrosion inhibition of benzimidazole (BIM) on brass in 3% NaCl solution at 30℃ was investigated by Tafel polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The results indicated that BIM has certain inhibition ability and the best inhibition etficiency was 93.3% for a dose of 0.4 g/L. Purthermore, the adsorption behavior of BIM on brass at 75 ℃ was also studied by means of curve fitting and electrochemical test. The result shows that the adsorption of BIM on brass followed Langmuir isotherm, the adsorption process was spontaneous and belonged to physical adsorption.
