摘要
本文介绍了Ka波段集成电路平衡混频器的设计和性能。此混频器使用了价格便宜的梁式引线二极管。对混频器中鳍线魔T的激励问题提出了一种近似计算方法,给出了适合于电路工程的设计经验公式。混频器包括中放在内的DSB噪声系数最小值为4.9dB,隔离度大于20dB。其噪声系数已接近二极管的最小值。
In this paper the design and performances of Ka band integrated eircuit mixer are described. The mixer uses commercially available low cost diodes. An approximate calculation method is given to solve the excitation problem of finline magic tee in this mixer, and the design empirical formulas for circuit engineering are presented. The mixer with an IF am-plifier has a DSB minimum noise figure of 4.9 dB and an isolation of greater than 20 dB. This noise figure is close to the minimum noise figure of the diodes.
