反应停对胆囊癌细胞的作用机制研究

摘要 目的初步探讨反应停对胆囊癌细胞的作用机制。方法应用RT-PCR技术检测经反应停处理后胆囊癌细胞株GBC-SD中survivin、VEGF、MMP-9的表达。结果 survivin、VEGF、MMP-9在经反应停处理的人胆囊癌细胞株GBC-SD中表达下降,且与反应停的浓度有关。结论反应停可能通过促进细胞凋亡和抑制血管生成等机制作用于胆囊癌细胞。 Objective To investigate the mechanisms of Thalidomide action in gallbladder cancer(GBC) cells.Methods RT-PCR was employed to examine the expression of survivin,VEGF and MMP-9 in GBC-SD cells.Results The expression of survivin,VEGF and MMP-9 in GBC-SD cells was decreased by Thalidomide,and the expression was related to the concentration of Thalidomide.Conclusion Thalidomide can inhibit the growth of GBC cells by inducing cell apoptosis and inhibiting angiogenesis.
