摘要
鉴于目前虚拟仪器技术在现场总线系统中广泛应用,针对于实际工程应用,利用虚拟仪器技术——LabWindows/CVI平台驱动普通数据采集卡进行了研究。总结LabWindows/CVI成功调用C语言驱动和动态链接库技术实现驱动ACL7120(ISA接口)数据采集卡的总体方法。最后,针对于现场监测的复杂情况,利用LabWindows/CVI丰富的测控工具及对动态链接库的支持,实现以CVI驱动ACL7120数据采集卡并且设计了一套新型的工业现场电机监测软件。经现场测试,整体软件可以完成工业现场电机监测工作。
In view of the virtual instrument technology in the field bus system,aiming at applying it widely in practical engineering application,using the virtual instrument technology LabWindows/CVI platform driven common data acquisition card was studied.Summary Lab windows and the general method for the successful use of C language and DLL technology to achieve ACL7120(ISA-Interface) data acquisition card driver.Finally,based on the complexity of the field monitoring,using LabWindows/CVI rich measurement tools and for the support of DLL,to realize ACL7120 CVI drive data acquisition card and designed a set of new industrial site motor monitoring software.Through the field testing,the overall software can complete industrial field motor monitoring work.
