摘要 中国石油哈萨克斯坦公司所属的KGM公司所管理的Akshabulak油田M-Ⅱ油藏以天然能量开发为主,油藏的边底水能量有限,油藏地层压力下降快。地层停喷压力预测在10 MPa左右。单井产量大于50 m3/d的油井,为进一步提高油井产量,考虑采用螺杆泵提液生产。通过生产系统优化,螺杆泵工作正常,效益显著。 Reservoir M-II of Akshabulak Oilfield,under the charge of the Kazakhstan-China joint venture,is put into production by natural energy.The formation pressure drops down rapidly for the limited bottom and edge water energy.The reservoir pressure,which stops blowouting,is predicted at about 10 MPa.The wells that those production are much more than 50 m3/d can produce more daily outcome with the help of the screw pump.Through design and production system optimization,the pumps can work normally,and so the benefits are significant.
