摘要
确立水资源承载力综合评价指标体系,建立评价模型,对济宁市水资源承载力进行综合评价,结果表明:济宁市水资源承载力总体已接近饱和值,各县市区水资源状况不同,承载程度不同,但是各县市区对水资源的压力程度与综合利用程度基本相同,表明现阶段各区域忽视自身资源能力单纯追求经济高速发展的弊端。所做的宏观指标与综合指标的计算,可为济宁市制定科学的水资源管理规划提供决策依据。
Water-resource carrying capacity (WRCC) as an important index of regional sustainable development is becoming more of a concern in urban development and construction. In this paper, we analyze the water-resource carrying capacity of Jining city,inclu- ding construction of comprehensive assessment index system, establishment of evaluation model, and calculation of WRCC. Basing on these,we draw a conclusion that WRCC of Jining city has approached to the saturation value and it is necessary to carry scientific and effective configuration and management according to its distinctive features and advantages.
