摘要
某型飞机在完成飞行科目后,在对其进行例行检查时,发现钛合金连接螺栓断裂。通过对螺栓断口宏微观观察、力学性能测试、装配生产流程分析等方法,确定了螺栓断裂性质和原因。结果表明:螺栓断裂性质为疲劳断裂;单耳与螺栓呈一定角度和单耳的孔边没有倒角,加剧了螺栓光杆部位的磨损,破坏了螺栓表面完整性是导致螺栓断裂的原因;通过增加单耳孔边的倒角和增加轴衬套,可解决这一问题。
A titanium alloy bolt was found to have fractured during the routine inspection.To find out the fracture mode and cause,macro and micro observation on fracture surfaces,mechanical properties testing,and assembly process analysis were carried out.The results show that the fracture mode of the bolt is fatigue fracture.The destruction of the surface integrity of the bolt is the main cause for the fracture.There exists an angle between the single ear connecter and the blot,and there is no chamfer at the edge of single ear connecter hole.These tow reasons promoted the abrasion of the bolt,resulted in the destruction of the surface integrity.This problem can be solved by chamfering the edge of single ear connecter hole and adding shaft sleeve.
