摘要
胰腺良恶性病变的治疗方案及预后截然不同。胰腺癌临床表现无特异性,其侵袭性极强,因此胰腺占位性病变的良恶性鉴别对于临床诊断及手术具有重要的指导意义。随着影像学技术的不断发展,已有多项影像检查技术应用于胰腺肿瘤的鉴别诊断中,本文就CT、MR I及超声造影在胰腺占位性病变临床研究中的应用进展做一综述。
The treatment and prognosis of space occupying pancreatic lesions is different, the clinical appearance of pancreatic carcinama has no specificity, while has strong invasion, so the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesiosn has important significance for clinical diagnosis and operation. With the development of medical imaging technology, many medical imaging technologies have been used in differential diagnosis of pancreatic tumors. This article reviews the application progress of CT, MRI and contrast -enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of space occupying pancreatic lesions in clinic.
