摘要
风景园林工程施工图审查是工程建设程序中的重要组成部分,在全国尚无统一的标准。从相关背景研究入手,分析目前存在的不足,系统地介绍了审查要点框架、审查意见与回复、审查责任等,提出风景园林专业施工图审查要点框架包括:编制依据,规划要求,强制性条文,施工图深度,一般性标准、规范,法律、法规和政府文件,图章和图纸签署,以期促进审查工作的规范化、制度化。指出:风景园林工程施工图审查工作在规范化、制度化方面还有很大的发展空间。
The construction drawing verification is an important component of the construction process for landscape architecture and there is not a uniform measurement of standard in China yet. This paper compiled from background studies, started from analyzing the weakness of the actual work and introduced the framework of checkup points, the examination opinions and feedbacks as well as verification responsibilities etc. It raised that the framework of checkup points in landscape architecture includes construction drawing foundations, planning requirements, mandatory provisions, standards for construction drawings, general regulations and standards of engineering, laws and government documents, seal and signature. The goal is to enhance the standardization and institutionalization for verification of construction drawings and there is big room for its development.
