摘要
通过校园文化与企业文化差异性分析,阐述订单培养模式下校企文化融合与对接的意义,提出在精神层面、制度层面、角色层面、实训层面、管理层面等加强校企文化融合,使学生在订单培养期间接受企业文化管理,缩短就业适应期,增强就业稳定性,达到学校、企业与学生三方共赢。
Through the analysis of the differences between school culture and enterprise culture,the paper explains the significance of integration and joint between the two cultures.It puts forward that integration between school and enterprise cultures should be enhanced in the spiritual,systematic,role,practical and management aspects.Students should receive enterprise culture management during their order training period,so as to shorten adaptable period of employment,increase stability of employment and achieve tripartite win-win among schools,enterprises and students.
