摘要
目的评价康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法选择92例复发性口腔溃疡患者,随机分为两组,每组各46例,实验组用康复新液治疗,对照组用1%碘甘油局部涂布,根据中华口腔医学会口腔黏膜病专业委员会制定的"复发性口腔溃疡疗效评价标准"评价其疗效。结果实验组总有效率为91.30%,而对照组总有效率为76.08%,两组疗效差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有良好的临床疗效,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid in treatment of recurrent oral cavity ulcer.Methods 92 patients with oral cavity recurrent ulcer were chosen and randomLy divided into two groups.The test group were treated with kangfuxin liquid;the control group were treated with 1% Iodine Glycerol.According to the criteria for oral cavity recurrent ulcer established by the Chinese Stomatological Association to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results Comparing two groups,the efficacy of test group（91.30%） was much higher than control group（76.08%）.Significant changes were observed in statistics.Conclusions The kanguxin liquid has a good clinical effect on recurrent oral cavity ulcer,and it can be used extensively in clinic.
