喷雾对纳米粉尘采集效率的影响

摘要 结合射流负压吸气和湍流雾滴冲击纳米粉尘原理,自制出一套纳米粉尘采样装置.对装置的采集原理进行了介绍,考察了雾化、雾化润湿和双雾化系统对纳米粉尘采集效率的影响.研究结果表明:仅雾化系统对纳米粉尘的采集效率为35%左右;被雾化润湿过的纳米粉尘更易被捕获,装置的采集效率能达到53%;而高速紊乱的双喷雾系统对纳米粉尘的采集效率可高达80%. The theory of jet producing negative pressure to inhale air and turbulence droplets impact nanometer dusts were employed to develop a sampling device for collecting nanometer dust.The sampling mechanism was illustrated,and the effects of the systems of atomization and atomized wetting and double atomization on collecting efficiency were studied,which presented that the efficiency of atomization was only about 35%,the collecting efficiency increased to 53% with wetting,the efficiency of double atomization was 80% with high-speed and disordering spray.
