摘要
基础研究和临床研究的脱节,浪费了保障公众健康的大量社会资源。转化医学的理念旨在加强基础研究实用功能,推动临床诊疗、疾病预防的科学循证。科研管理部门是医院转化研究的组织者和推动者,通过树立转化医学理念,搭建转化医学平台,从工作实际出发开展科学研究,提升医学科研质量,更好地为临床和预防实践服务。
Large amounts of social resources for public health were wasted due to the wide gap between basic research and clinical research. The primary mission of translational medicine research is to translate sclenutlc discoveries of laboratory into clinical practice, diagnosis and treatment. Department of scientific research management is organizer and impellor of translational medicine research in hospital. We present several suggestions to establish concept and platform of translational medicine so as to promote the quality of clinical treatment and research.
