摘要
食管癌是临床常见的恶性肿瘤,早期食管癌患者首选手术治疗,晚期失去手术和放疗机会的患者有赖于化疗,但手术前和手术后配合放化疗能够取得较好疗效,近年来,关于食管癌术前、术后和手术治疗研究较多,旨在通过手术和非手术治疗配合达到治疗食管癌,缓解患者病痛的目的。
Esophageal cancer is a common clinical malignant tumor, patients with early esophageal cancer preferred surgical treatment, and patients lose the chance of surgery and radiotherapy only depend on chemotherapy, but before and after surgery with radiotherapy and chemotherapy can achieve better effect. In rencent years, there are many research on esophageal cancer before surgery, and surgical treatment, which aimed at through surgical and non surgical treatment to cure esophageal cancer so that get the purpose of relief patients＇ pain.
